ROAD WORK UPDATE FOR AUGUST 3, 2026

Due to the upcoming weather forcast for this week the following work schedule for Brooks Ridge is
August 6        = 2" Edge Milling 
August 7 & 8  = Asphalt Paving (Large vehicle traffic not allow)

The Brooks Ridge subdivision is planned to have a full asphalt overlay completed this week.
This includes a 2" edge milling to be done on August 6 and asphalt paving on August 7 & 8.  Large vehicle traffic will not be allowed on the roads during the two paving dates. Examples: Garbage trucks and delivery trucks.  Waste Management and Pellitteri have been notified of the road work.

Residents will be able to get from and to their homes but expect delays during these days.
BE AWARE a sticky tack coat layer will be applied before pavement is layed, if you drive through this material your vehicle will be covered in tack oil.
ALL vehicles, trailers etc. must be clear from these roads listed above.
